These terms apply when you buy sheet music PDFs from www.steve-banks.co.uk.

Products: Digital downloads of sheet music in PDF format.

Payment: Taken at the time of order via Stripe or PayPal.

Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, your download will be available immediately.

Refunds and cancellations: By purchasing a digital download, you agree that the download starts immediately and you lose your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will only be given if the file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described.

Licence of use: Downloads are for your personal use only. You must not copy, share, or resell them.

Refunds Policy

Donations Policy

When you donate via our website, the donation goes towards the recording of a music album.

Donations can be made by card through Stripe or by direct bank transfer (BACS).

By donating you agree that your contribution is voluntary.

Once a donation is processed, we do not normally offer refunds unless there is a payment error or the donation fails due to technical problems.

We may allow recurring donations if enabled.

Donation checkout will ask for your email address and phone number.

We may also ask for other information if needed to send a receipt or acknowledgment.

Donor information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Stripe processes card payments in line with its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. If you choose to donate by bank transfer, your bank will process your data under its own privacy terms.
